Cultivate the inner smile and interrupt stress. Send positive energy to your organs.
Look around. One of ten people you see at work, at the store and wherever you go in your daily life is stressed at any given moment. Repeated studies have found that stress causes chemical changes in the brain and these changes influence the state of your health.
What is Stress?
Stress is any change in your normal routine. Stress occurs when bad things happen, as well happy things. Getting a raise or promotion is stress, just as getting fired from your job is stress.
Speculative changes cause just as much stress as veritable changes. Pensiveness or anguish about whether you will get that new job is stress the same as being offered a new position is stress.

The inner smile is an ancient technique used to relax the body and calm the mind. Cultivating the inner smile helps you to interrupt chemical changes and turn them around to positive life affirming feelings of joy. From the first day you use the inner smile meditation, you’ll notice a difference in how you feel, react and carry out your daily routine of work, caring for yourself and others. Miss one day of this practice and you’ll feel a vague dis-ease. . .you may ask yourself, “What’s different about today?” The inner smile becomes the daily pause that refreshes and brings along with it reduced worry, anxiety, increased energy . . . feeling good, again and assists you to co-create your own healing.
The inner smile meditation is not a religious practice. Daily use of the inner smile meditation does not take away from your current religious or spiritual practice – in fact – I believe you’ll find the inner smile will enhance any religious or spiritual practice.
